There are three community centers in Steiner Ranch and 18 miles of&amp;nbsp;trails that connect the many individual neighborhoods in Steiner Ranch.&amp;nbsp;Over 800 acres of green space have been preserved in the development.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Homes in Steiner Ranch come in a wide range of sizes and prices: from around 1,600 to over 7,000 sq. ft., and from around $215K to over $3 million! If the area fits your eye, your budget, and your family needs, you can likely find a very nice home in Steiner Ranch. Options for your Steiner Ranch abode include new and resale homes, several gated communities (including those on Lake Austin and the UT Golf Club), and&amp;nbsp;homes with views and those with no view. Senna Hills is definitely up on the scale of Austin subdivisions, and has Hill Country&amp;nbsp;views&amp;nbsp;that are beautiful!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Development of Senna Hills began in 1994. In the past three years, new construction has been ramped up by Taylor Morrison and Drees Custom Homes. The companies are building a number of different homes in the community. Prices of new homes currently available (mid-November 2008) or soon to be finished begin around $660K. A number of resale homes are also listed for sale in the neighborhood. There are a number of golf courses nearby. Senna Hills&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt; has a large swimming pool, wading pool and playscape for children, basketball and tennis courts, and walking &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;trails in the surrounding greenbelt. Membership in the Senna Hills Owner&amp;rsquo;s Association (HOA) is mandatory.
