Clients Purchase Home in Leander's Block House Creek Subdivision
On Tuesday of this week, I had the privilege of attending another closing in which my clients purchased a home in the Block House Creek subdivision in Leander. These clients were the type any Realtor would love to work with! They were good on communication, did a lot of research on their own, were determined in their looking and were ready to make a decision when they found the right house! Though we looked at several homes, the home they chose to buy was the first one we viewed.
One of the home's most appealing features is that it is located on a greenbelt (no neighbors behind + easy access to a walking trail). The home was also well-built and well-maintained by the previous owners.
My wife and I visited in the home yesterday. It features two-stories of living space, 3 bedrooms, a downstairs office and nice kitchen and living area. It was evident that they had already made this house their home!
Block House Creek is well located between US-183 and US-183A in Leander. It is close to lots of shopping along FM-1431 in Cedar Park. The key stores include a Super Target, Super WalMart, Ross, Home Depot, HEB grocery store, Hobby Lobby, OfficeMax and Gold's Gym. The south side of Block House Creek is located just across New Hope Road from Cedar Park Town Center sibdivision.
The community is served by schools of the Leander ISD (they were looking for good schools). One very special amenity that Blockhouse Creek offers is a fabulous community park (Tomlinson Park). This heavily-wooded and beautiful park features a large pool with colorful water slide, play area for children, softball field, sand volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court and more. It also has a park for dirt bike racing, and Comanche Park with its disc golf course. Golfers are close to the Crystal Falls and Avery Ranch Golf Clubs.
