After a process that began with a contract to build a new home last December, and finished with a final walk-through yesterday and the closing today, two of my clients are the excited owners of a brand new home in the South Austin new home community Brodie Springs. These first-time buyers, who could not be happier with their purchase, are looking forward to making many great memories in this home.
