After a few weeks of looking at condos and homes in the N/NE Austin, Round Rock and Pflugerville areas, my client found the home that fits her best in the Turtle Creek subdivision in Round Rock. It was very heart-warming for me to see her excitement as her day of closing approached, and as she left the closing to begin her move-in!
Located between Louis Henna (SH-45) and US-79 on A. W. Grimes Road, Turtle Creek is a new home community being developed by D. R. Horton. (Turtle Creek actually has two older sections of homes just south of the section in which my client found her home.)
Homes in this new section of Turtle Creek are really nice ones! Home buyers can choose from single- and two-story homes that range in size from 1,276 sq. ft. to 1,446 sq. ft. Starting prices are in the mid-150's per the builder website, but the builder is offering close-out pricing in its current inventory homes. All of the Turtle Creek homes have detached rear-entry garages that are accessed by an alley at the rear of the homes.
Turtle Creek offers a community center with pool, playscape and picnic facilities, along with trails for walking and jogging.
