Clients Purchase Home in Pflugerville's Falcon Pointe Subdivision
On Friday, I had the privilege of notifying two of my clients that their purchase of a lovely new home in Pflugerville's Falcon Pointe neighborhood had closed. They were excited to have found what they consider to be the perfect home, and are looking forward to comploeting their move into it. The home is loaded with features that were quite appealing to these first-time home buyers. 
If you are looking for a lovely community in which to make your home in the Pflugerville area, you might give Falcon Pointe a look. Of all the neighborhoods being built near the intersection of SH 45 and SH 130, Falcon Pointe is undoubtedly the nicest. Access to Round Rock, the airport, Mopac has been simplified with the completion of these roads. The nighborhood has a wonderful community center that features swimming pools, workout room, basketball and tennis courts, kitchen, covered picnic area and a large meeting room with widescreen TV, fireplace and more!
The homes in Falcon Pointe are also very nice! Builders include Meritage, Highland and Taylor Morrison Homes. Though building has slowed with the current economic slowdown, home buyers still can find new home options, as well as opportunities to buy resale homes. Three Pflugerville ISD schools are located either in or quite near Falcon Pointe. The new Stone Hill Town Center shopping development at SH 45 and SH 130 is under development, with stores like Target, Best Buy and the Home Depot either open or nearing completion.
