On Friday, I had the joy of helping my client close the sale of her home in the Southwest Austin Sendera neighborhood! She was really excited to get this done, so she can move forward with the purchase of another property in the weeks ahead. 
This single-story, Texas stone home, belonged to a neighbor of ours in Sendera! My wife and I have been saddened a bit by loosing a great neighbor.
