N Troy, Vermont Bed & Breakfast for Sale

If you have thought about owning a Bed and Breakfast in the beautiful northern Vermont ski country, give Idyllwild East a gander. Located at 1387 Route 101 in North Troy, Vermont, Idyllwild East is for sale by its owners (FSBO). This beautiful B&B is located just 5 miles from the Canadian Border.

Its modern architecture features hardwood floors, carpets, beautiful rugs, a cathedral ceiling, and a foyer with two second-story decks. On the ground level, the Idyllwild East has two suites (Bohemian and Country) that lodge up to four guests each, and one “cozy” bedroom for two guests. These accommodations have private baths, and are built around the guest lounge. There is also a third large, upstairs suite that can be rented or lived in by the owners.

The lounge and guest rooms have their own 27" satellite TV, VCR and a wood-burning stove. The upstairs dining area features its own large fireplace and spacious views of the surrounding areas. The guest rooms offer excellent views of the beautifully landscaped grounds, the pond and the spectacular Jay Peak Ski slopes.
