West Lake Hills Homes for Sale

West Lake Hills is home to the famed and desireable Eanes Independent School District. It is also very close to Austin (just west of Mopac and on the south side of Lady Bird Johnson Lake), making it a community where people want to live. Living here, as in some other areas like Tarrytown in Austin, is expensive. Houses on the market at the middle of December 2008 began at $450,000 and stretched upward to $7,500,000. One condo was listed for sale for less than $200,000.
