A view of the Walsh Springs neighborhood.The homes in Walsh Trails are being built by David Weekley Homes, Wilshire Homes and Gehan Homes. The homes these three builders offer include almost 30 different 1- and 2-story models. In October 2009 these homes had a base price span of around $210,000 to $293,000, and living areas ranging from 1,755 sq. ft. to over 3,000 sq. ft. Homes are available on 50' and 60' lots.

Walsh Trails is a single-family residential home development in the fast-growing area of Cedar Park, Texas. The neighborhood and its features are in the early stages of development. The neighborhood has its own system of hike and bike trails.

Check out this gourmet kitchen in one of the Walsh Springs model homes!Walsh Trails is located close to schools, shopping, area jobs, golf courses and other opportunities for outdoor recreation. Area golf courses include the Avery Ranch Golf Club and the Crystal Falls Golf Club. Shopping outlets include stores like Home Depot, HEB, and SuperTarget along FM-1431 in Cedar Park and the Lakeline Mall on US-183 N in NW Austin.

There are four Cedar Park area parks along Brushy Creek Road: Brushy Creek Lake Park, Champion Park, Brushy Creek Recreation Park and Olsen Meadows Park. These parks offer many outdoor opportunities for Walsh Trails residents. Features include hike and bike trails, lake, fishing, soccer fields, tennis courts, swimming pool, baseball fields, playscapes, picnic pavilions and more. Access to Lake Travis is also easy via via RR-620.  

The Cedar Park Center, home of the Texas Stars minor league hockey team, opened in September 2009 with a George Strait concert.

Walsh Trails ♦ Homeowners Association (HOA)

Membership in the Walsh Trails HOA is required. Fees in 11/09 were around $30/month. The HOA is managed by Goodwin Management.
