They were built in both 1-story and 2-story models, with total living space that ranges from 2,163 sq. ft. to 3,836 sq. ft. Lot sizes are a bit larger than in typical Austin-area subdivisions. Travis Country West homes sit on 60' lots that typically range in size from around 0.18 to 0.25 acres. Some lots are somewhat larger, some back to greenbelt areas, and some have Hill Country views.

The bottom line is that these homes are nice--loaded with modern features that make living in them a pleasure! Of course, not all homes are equipped equally, but you can find in Travis Country West in-demand features like tile floors, granite countertops, SS appliances, crown molding, recessed lighting, high ceilings, energy efficienct design and more!
