Cedar Park Town Center Neighorhood ViewTown Center is a Cedar Park real estate development of D.R. Horton Homes. The development plans include a future City Hall for the City of Cedar Park.

Cedar Park Town Center ♦ Home Options

Homes in the Cedar Park Town Center subdivision come in three styles: Garden Homes, Villa Series and Classic Series. All of the homes are built to last, and to be comfortable and energy efficient. Both one story and two story homes with front porches and rear entry garages, are available.

In May of 2011, the options for new homes include the following (the home plans offered and the base prices may change):

  • Garden Homes: The 7 builder designs have from 1,300 sq. ft. to 1,854 sq. ft, with base prices beginning in the mid $150's.
  • Villa Series: 6 models with 1,776 sq. ft. to 2,389 sq. ft. Base prices start in the upper $220s. All of these villas are 1-story homes.
  • Classic Series: 10 home designs with living space ranging from 1,349 sq. ft. to 2,153 sq. ft. Homes are available in prices beginning in the mid-$180's. 

Some homes in Town Center have four sides of Hardiplank-type siding, and are painted in various pastel hues. Other homes have stone or brick masonry.

Town Center ♦ Neighborhood Features

Impressive clock tower at Town Center Cedar ParkCedar Park Town Center is impressive beginning with the beautifully landscaped entrance sign! Drive down the four-lane Discovery Blvd. over the bridge and past the tall clock tower, a feature from days gone by, and you will begin to see the homes in Town Center. D.R. Horton has preserved a number of old, lovely oaks that really accentuate the appeal of the neighborhood. The streets are wide and are well-landscaped. The sidewalks, street lights and pocket green areas add to the appeal of Town Center, and help to make this a place to call home. Key utilities for homes in the subdivision include water, sewer and trash service provided by the City of Cedar Park.

Town Center boasts of a community center, with pool and playscape, hike & bike trails, nature trails, and two small lakes with fountains near the entrance. It is also close to the new Cedar Park Recreation center. The Avery Ranch and Crystal Falls (Leander) Golf Clubs are nearby. Residents who want to enjoy Lake Travis can drive southwest on US 183 to RR 620, then go south to the lake. Or, they can head west from Town Center on FM-1431 toward Lago Vista.

The neighborhood is also close to plenty of shopping, including a new center (Target) at US-183A and FM-1431, and the Rail Yard, a retail and office center new the entrance to the subdivision. The plans for this area include a new City Hall for Cedar Park.

Town Center Community CenterThe Town Center subdivision is just a few miles from the Lakeline Mall station of CapMetro's new 32-mile light rail system that stretches from Leander to Downtown Austin. Cedar Park Town Center ♦ Homeowners' Association (HOA)

Membership in the Cedar Park Town Center Homeowners' Association is mandatory. Fees in May 2011 run about $29/month. The association is managed by RealManage (512.219.1927).
