Sweetwater Area Amenities

The Sweetwater Club (almost complete in Summer '13)!The Sweetwater Club opened in 2013. Homeowner membership in the Sweetwater HOA is required. The fees cover maintaining Sweetwater common areas, including the Sweetwater Club.

The primary taxing entities in Sweetwater are Travis County, the Lake Travis ISD and the Lazy Nine Municipal Utility District 1A (MUD). The total tax rate in the year 2015 was $3.05/$100 of property value.

Utility services are provided by the MUD (water, sewer, trash and recycling), Texas Gas Service (natural gas), and Pedernales Electric Cooperative (electricity), with several options for telephone, internet and cable.
