Sunset Valley Meadows (built 2000-2003 by Highland and Drees Custom Homes). Homes in this neighborhood range in size from around 3,000 sq. ft. to almost 4,800 sq. ft. and are situated on lots of at least 0.75 acres.
The Villas at Sunset Valley Homestead (Mercedes Homes, built around 2006). These homes have from about 2300 to 3400 sq. ft. of lliving space.
