Principles and Aims
Standard 1: You want high-quality communication from your REALTOR®.
I make it my aim to communicate well with my clients, keeping them in the loop of what is going on, so I can represent them well. It is vital for you and for me to be on the same page with each other. Please help me to understand what you want, and I will try to help you get there. If I am not available when you email me or call me, I will get back with you.
Standard 2: You want your real estate transaction to be conducted in the right way.
My aim is represent you competently, by conducting my business as a REALTOR® in ways that are right legally, morally, ethically and in the eyes of God. If you have a question about something in the transaction, or if you think I may have overlooked something, please call me so we can discuss your concern. Rest assured, I learn something new in every deal and would-be deal. Each of these also reinforces the things I have already learned.
Standard 3: You want to make informed decisions when it comes to the purchase or sale of a property.
My aim is to inform and educate my clients. The decision to spend and invest money in real estate requires that you know about things such as market activity, neighborhood conditions, transaction processes, taxes and schools. I will provide this kind of information to you throughout the process of buying or selling.
Standard 4: You want great service from your REALTOR®.
I focus on the many and varied details of the transaction, so that you may focus on the bigger picture and all the other things you have going on in your life. My aim is to do my best to make your real estate experience as smooth and as pleasant as possible.
Standard 5: You want a REALTOR® who cares about you.
“Serving You from the Heart!” is my aim because relationships in life are important. Since you are more to me than a means to make a living, I put your interests first. I bring a servant’s heart and genuine love for people to my work. I will stay in touch with you after the transaction is done.
Standard 6: You want the decision to buy or sell to be your decision.
My role as your REALTOR® is helping you to get there. I am not a salesman. The Golden Rule is my guide. I will not “twist your arm,” because I do not like it when others do that to me. A deal that is good for me, but not for you, is not a good deal at all.
Standard 7: You want a REALTOR® who has worked well with other clients and has earned their trust.
I am building a history of satisfied clients. You can read what some of them have written about my service. I would like the opportunity to earn your trust also and become your REALTOR® for life. I aim to serve you well enough that you will want to refer your family and friends to me.
