Homes in Spring Branch range in size from a smallish 920 sq. ft. plan up to a design that is 2,755 sq. ft. Homebuyers have a wide variety of home size choices in Spring Branch: single- and two-story homes with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-2.5 baths, and 1-2 car garages. Homes sold in Spring Branch in 2016 ranged in price from $132,000 to $189,900, making it one of the more affordable neighborhoods in the Kyle area.

As with homes in many communities in the Kyle-Buda area, many current and previous owners have updated the features of homes in Spring Branch.

Located along IH-35, these developments offer big-box stores (WalMart, HEB, Home Depot, Lowe's, Ross, Target, e.g.), and many smaller business establishments.

A bit further away from Spring Branch, but worth checking out, are the Southpark Meadows development in South Austin, those in San Marcos (Premium Outlet and Tanger Outlet, e.g.) and the Cabela's in Buda. The Spring Branch neighborhood is very conveniently located.

The nearby Plum Creek Golf Course is available for golfers to test their skills, and to lose a few balls! This challenging par-71 course has 18 holes, each with several tee boxes. It features a clubhouse and pro shop, pavilion and grill, and driving range, putting green and short-game practice areas.
