A view of the Southpark Meadows Austin neighborhood.Buffington Homes is building on the west side of the neighborhood and has both 40' (The Courts) and 50' plans available. Prices in the Courts begin at $284k, and offer 1,539-2,304 sq. ft. of living space. The 50' wide sites have base brices beginning at $312k. Both 1- and 2-story plans are available with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3.5 baths.

In early 2018, DR Horton Homes is beginning a new section of homes in Southpark Meadows. Four 2-story plans will be available with base prices starting at $300k. Buyers can choose a home with 2,194-2,467 sq. ft. All of these plans will have 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Two former builders in Southpark Meadows, including Saldana Homes and Megatel Homes, have completed their work in the subdivision. 

Milestone Community Builders built a garden homes project in the Courtyards at Southpark Meadows. This project resulted in 77 single-story and 2-story homes on the south side of Taft Dr. These homes were designed with from 1,088-1,937 sq. ft. of living space.

Shopping galore at Southpark Meadows in South Austin!The subdivision is part of the largest retail development in the Austin area, Southpark Meadows. There are over 400 acres of shopping, eating and entertainment and other activities. Anchored by stores like WalMart, Target, JC Penneys, Marshall's, and The RoomStore, and with eating places like Chili's and Jason's Deli, this is a "go to" place for many. There are also a movie theater for movie buffs, an auto repair place, banks and much more.
