There is a Home Depot and an EVO Entertainment complex (Kyle Town Centre) acouple of miles to the north. Medical care options include the Seton Medical Center Hays (Village at Kyle development), and a number of smaller healthcare/emergency/dental centers.

C. Penneys, and more).

Location, Location

Southlake Ranch is conveniently located near IH-35, the main travek artery between San Antonio and Austin. This simplifies getting to schools, jobs, eating out, shopping, recreational activities and more. Travel to the Austin Bergstrom Intercontinental Airport (ABIA) can be done via IH-35 north to US-71/290 and turn east, or via IH-35 north to SH-45 to SH-130, then east at US-71.

Kyle's Plum Creek Golf Course is nearest course to Soutlake Ranch. It features 18 holes with four tee boxes, clubhouse and pro shop, driving range and short-game practice area. Golfers may also test their skills at several nearby public courses: Grey Rock Golf Club (Southwest Austin), Riverside, Jimmy Clay and Roy Kizer (South Austin).

Public Schools ♦ Students Living in the Southlake Ranch Kyle Subdivision

Students living in Southlake Ranch in Kyle attend schools operated by the Hays Consolidated Independent School District (HCISD). Parents and potential homeowners should confirm the currently assigned schools with the Hays CISD since school attendance boundaries are sometimes redrawn. Schools currently (October 2017) assigned to Southlake Ranch students are Susie Fuentes Elementary, Armando Chapa Middle and Lehman High (located across Goforth Road from the neighborhood entrances).
