Neighborhood Location: Silverado Ranch is located on the eastern side of Cedar Park, Texas, between E. Whitestone Blvd. (FM-1431) on the north and Brushy Creek Road on the south. It is dissected by N. Vista Ridge Blvd. Drive N or S on W. Parmer Lane (FM-734) or US-183A to get to the Silverado Ranch community. The main entrance to both sides of the neighborhood is at Henry Rifle Road.

The first MLS-recorded home sales in Silverado Ranch occurred in late 2005. The subdivision is being developed by KB Home. When completed, the subdivision will have around 500 single-family residences.
Silverado Ranch is laid out in a very attractive manner. The developer has preserved many trees throughout the neighborhood, and has landscaped the community well. The water tower feature at the entrance to Silverado Oaks is impressive!

KB Home offers over 20 floor plans in Silverado Ranch. These include 1-story and 2-story homes whose base prices (mid-2011) range from the $150's up to the $230's. Home sizes from 1,376 sq. ft. to over 3,700 sq. ft. are available. All of the plans have elevation and numerous upgrade options which add to the base prices.
The homes in Silverado Ranch have numerous standard features that include 3 sides masonry, Energy Star certification, low-E windows, Moen faucets, full landscaping, and security system. Silverado Ranch is located well for families. Nearby shopping outlets include the newish retail developments along Whitestone Blvd., and the nearby Lakeline Mall. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are four public parks just to the south of the neighborhood on Brushy Creek Road (including Brushy Creek Lake Park). These parks feature sports facilities, hike and bike trails, swimming and fishing, playscapes and more. Lake Travis is also a short drive from Silverado Ranch.
Silverado Ranch features its own Community Park.
