Sendero Springs is blessed with some nice homes!The primary builder throughout the history of the Sendero Springs subdivision has been Streetman Homes (now owned by Standard Pacific Homes). The first home sale in the neighborhood was in August 2002. Other homes were built by Kimball Hill Homes and Meritage Homes. In 2012, a newer section was opened on the SE side of the neighborhood, with a new entrance at Entrada Way. There are a few new homes left to sell in Sendero Springs.

Sendero Springs features well-constructed homes with 3-6 bedrooms, 2-4.5 baths and 2-3 garage spaces. Homes in this subdivision range in size from around 1,670 sq. ft. of air-conditioned space to more than 4,400 sq. ft. Both 1- and 2-story homes are available.

Sendero Springs Amenities, HOA and Taxes

Neighborhood pool in Round Rock's Sendero Springs subdivision.Sendero Springs is located with good access to the main thoroughfares needed for access to area employers, shopping and eating establishments, recreational facilities, and schools, e. g. Residents can travel east on FM-1431 to IH-35 for shopping at the Round Rock Premium Outlets and IKEA, and golf at the Teravista Golf Club. From IH-35 travel north toward Georgetown and Waco, or south toward Austin (and ABIA) and San Antonio.

Drive west on FM-1431 to connections with Parmer Lane and US-183. Golfers can play a round at the Avery Ranch Golf Club, and shoppers can visit the Lakeline Mall and many other facilities in this direction from Sendero Springs.

Two of the prime park systems in this area are those along Brushy Creek Road in Cedar Park and the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park.

Sendero Springs playscape!Membership in the Sendero Springs Homeowners Association is a requirement for all homeowners in the Sendero Springs subdivision. Membership allows residents access to the pool, park and neighborhood play equipment, and provides for the upkeep of the common areas of the neighborhood.

The Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District provides water and sewer service for Sendero Springs residents. Other key taxing entities for the neighborhood include the Round Rock ISD and Williamson County. The cumulative tax rate for 2015 was $2.77 per $100 of property value. There are no City of Round Rock taxes.
