Scofield Villas ♦ Community and Home Information
 The condominiums in Scofield Villas were built in separate buildings that each have three condo units. All of the units have two stories, and come in a variety of floor plans that range from the largest at 1,645 sq. ft. down to the smallest at 1,090 sq. ft. All but the smallest of the units have 2 bedrooms and at least 2 baths. Each unit has its own one or two-car garage.
Construction on this project began in 2008. The first sales recorded in the Austin MLS were near the end of August of that year. Build-out of the project is finished, providing a total of 96 units.
Membership in the Scofield Villas Condominium Association is required. The COA is managed by Alliance Association Managment. Fees in January 2013 are $175/month.
