The Ridge at Slaughter Condos | South AustinIn February 2020, the development of The Ridge at Slaughter is completed. 

The 34 condo buildings in this complex each have either four units (23 w/92 total residences) or three units (11 w/33 total residences). These condos have one of four unique floor plans that range in size from 1,395 sq. ft. to 2,111 sq. ft. Resale buyers can find 2-bedroom models, or 3 bedroom plans. All have two levels (stories) with 2-car attached garages.

Area Amenities: The two shopping facilities that are closest to the Ridge at Slaughter are the Southpark Meadows development and a large Home Depot store. Both are located at opposite corners of IH-35 and Slaughter Ln. There are many other retail and eating facilities along IH-35 to the north and south, and along Slaughter Lane to the west.

This community is not far from the Mary Moore Searight Metro Park, owned and operated by the City of Austin. 

The Ridge at Slaughter Plan

Taxes and HOA: Taxes in 2019 were set at $2.1449/$100 of property value. The condos are taxed by the Austin Independent School District, the City of Austin, Travis County and others.

Membership in the Ridge at Slaughter HOA and monthly fees paid for HOA dues is required. The neighborhood is gated. Residents and their guests can enjoy a small park in the neighborhood.
