Reunion Ranch ♦ Builder, Neighborhood and Homes
Reunion Ranch is a Southwest Austin-Dripping Springs single-family residential real estate development by Taylor Morrison Homes. The installation of the subdivision infrastructure (streets, electricity, water, etc.) was begun in 2012, opening the way for home construction.
When the subdivision is built out, there will be around 500 single-family homes in the Reunion Ranch community. In February 2020, the last phase of homes and homesites in Reunion Ranch is now available to prospective homebuyers.
Taylor Morrison offers 16 different 1- and 2-story models in the Reunion Ranch Community. These homes range in size from 2,704 sq. ft. to over 5,200 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living space.
Reunion Ranch homes will have many standard (included) features that enhance their owner-enjoyment and livability. Thes homes have from 3-7 bedrooms, and 2-4 cay garages! The standard features include those that will make the homes energy efficient (including 16-SEER air conditioning, radiant barier roof decking), gourmet kitchens (with granite countertops, SS appliances), full sprinkler systems and much more! Purchasers will also be able to upgrade their homes with additional features to better match their lifestyles.
Homes in this master-planned development are being built on oversizes (60', 70' and 90' lots), all of which back to greenbelt areas. Owners will enjoy lovely Texas Hill-Country views, hike-and-bike trails and a state-of-the-art amenity center. This neighborhood center will feature a large, gated pool area, playscapes for the kids, sport courts and facilities for other family-style activities.
