The installation of the subdivision infrastructure (streets, electricity, water, etc.) was begun in 2012, opening the way for home construction. 


When the subdivision is built out, there will be around 500 single-family homes in the Reunion Ranch community. In February 2020, the last phase of homes and homesites in Reunion Ranch is now available to prospective homebuyers.

Slaughter Ln. to retail developments in Circle C Ranch (Escarpment Village, Parkside Village), to the Shops at Arbor Trails at William Cannon and Mopac, to several in the Sunset Valley area, to the Barton Creek Square Mall, and to the Southpark Meadows complex at IH-35 and W. Slaughter Ln.


Travel is fairly simple (depending on traffic!) to jobs and A view of some of the landscape in Reunion Ranch Austin-Dripping Springs.entertainment in the Downtown Austin and South Congress (SOCO) areas. Attractions such as the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, the Veloway, Parks like Dick Nichols, Metro (Circle C Ranch) and Zilker Park are all south of the river. It is a short drive to the Grey Rock Golf Club from Reunion Ranch.

Membership in the Reunion Ranch HOA (Homeowners' Association) is mandatory.


Reunion Ranch homeowners will pay property taxes at tax rates set by governing entities such as the Dripping Springs ISD, Hays County and Reunion Ranch WCID. 


Basic utilty services will be provided by the Reunion Ranch WCID (water and sewer, none of the lots will have septic tanks), the Pedernales Electric Cooperative and Texas Gas Service.


Public Schools for Reunion Ranch Students

Students who live in the homes in Reunion Ranch attend schools of the Dripping Springs Independent School District. In February 2020, the currently assigned schools are the Sycamore Springs Elementary, the Sycamore Springs Middle School and the Dripping Springs High School. Since new schools are built occasionally and attendance lines are redrawn, prospective homebuyers and parents should verify current school assignments with the Dripping Springs ISD.
