Reserve at Westcreek History and Builders
In January 2017, this neighborhood is completed. The most recent builders were Scott Homes and Buffington Homes.
Development of this community was started in 2006 by Capitol Pacific Homes. CPH wound down its operations there in early 2009, and two additional builders began their work. These were Main Street Homes, which built homes in 2009 and 2010, and Meritage Homes, which has ended its new-home building there. The first MLS sales in the Reserve at Westcreek were completed in February 2007.
Buyers in the Reserve at Westcreek can find homes built between 2007 and 2015. These include single- and two-story home plans. In the year 2016, home prices from $195k to $269,900. These homes have many energy efficiency features, and many other enhancements that add to their livability and value.

The Community Center: Residents of this neighborhood enjoy a very nice community center. It features a large swimming pool, children's play area and tennis court. Membership in the HOA is required.
Golf: If you are a golfer, there are several courses available in the vicinity. The closest one is the Blackhawk Golf Club, located west of the Reserve on Kelly Lane. Shopping: The prime shopping destination for residents of the Reserve at Westcreek and many other local subdivisions is the Stone Hill Town Center. Located at the intersection of the SH-45 and SH-130 toll roads this center has expanded access to shopping and eating places in the area. It features stores like Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, and Chick-Fil-A. There are also places like the Super WalMart and its "supporting cast" just south on FM-685, the many retail stores at SH-45 and IH-35 in Round Rock, and the Round Rock Premium Outlets.
Getting There from Here! If you need to travel to the Airport, or get to school, to a job, to your favorite Downtown Austin restaurant or to Zilker Park, you can find your way from the Reserve at Westcreek! The new tollways (SH-45 and SH-130) make it very easy to get to your destination.
