Shopping centers include stores like Lowe's, Home Depot, HEB, and SuperTarget along FM-1431 in Cedar Park and other centers like the Lakeline Mall on US-183N.

The Ranch Trails Park in the Ranch at Brushy Creek neighborhood is set in a lovely wooded area.Area parks include several along Brushy Creek Road (including the Brushy Creek Lake Park) offer many outdoor opportunities for the Ranch at Brushy Creek residents. Features include hike and bike trails, lake, fishing, soccer fields, tennis courts, swimming pool, baseball fields, playscapes, picnic pavilions and more. Boaters are not far from Lake Travis. Love hockey and other live entertainment? Try the new Cedar Park Center, home of the Texas Stars minor league hockey team. It had its grand opening in September 2009 with a George Strait concert.

Ranch at Brushy Creek ♦ HOA ♦ Taxes

Homeowner membership in the Ranch at Brushy Creek HOA is required. The HOA is managed by Goodwin Management. Taxes in the subdivision are levied by the school districts, the City of Cedar Park, Williamson County and other government entities. 2010 tax rates were around $2.50/$100 of assessed property value.
