They are continuing in 2016 through the efforts Standard Pacific Homes (now CalAtlancic Homes). Former builders in the neighborhood include Buffington, Drees Custom, Grand Haven, Highland,  Mercedes, Scott Felder, and Sitterle Homes). A drive through the subdivision will show you that the Ranch at Brushy Creek is definitely a very nice community. 

In 2016 home prices of sold properties began around $282k and reached $839k. The average sales price in 2015 was $489k. The homes range in size from around 1,800 sq. ft. to over 5,700 sq. ft. These homes in the Ranch at Brushy Creek have many standard and upgrade features.
