Point Venture is located just across Lake Travis from its southern neighbor, Lakeway. Access to Point Venture (to me shaped somewhat like a tilted state of Florida) is either by boat on Lake Travis or by car through Lago Vista. This is a resort-style community, though many people make their homes here. Golf and water activities seem to be the major activities in Point Venture. Homes range in price from around $100,000 to almost a million dollars. |
