In January 2016, the homes in the Round Rock Paloma Lake subdivision are being constructed by several quality builders: Grand Haven, Pulte, Highland, M/I, Wilshire and Wes Peoples Homes. (Ashton Woods, David Weekley, Standard Pacific, Meritage and Taylor Morrison are no longer building in Paloma Lake.)
These builders offer a number of 1- and 2-story plans with many options for upgrades to suit your lifestyle and dreams. The standard features of the Paloma Lake homes vary with the builder and the price. All homes are built to be energy efficient.
In January 2016, new homes in Paloma Lake have base prices starting in the lower $200s and stretching up to the upper $390s. Home sizes range from about 1699 sq. ft. to around 4,100 sq. ft. Buyers also can choose lot sizes from 50' wide to 70' wide.

The Fish Camp is a recreational area that is part of the 200 acres of "green" area set aside for keeping Paloma Lake beautiful and enjoyable for its residents. The community will have plenty of walking trails and will also feature neighborhood parks.
Community Centers: The Paloma Lake Swim and Community Center opened in 2010. A second center is has also been opened adjacent to the Fish Camp Lake.
Paloma Lake Homeowners' Association: Membership in the Paloma Lake HOA is mandatory for homeowners. HOA fees are used to help maintain the quality of life and property values in Paloma Lake, and provide funds for maintaining common areas such as the entry to the neighborhood and the neighborhood parks.
