The Enclave at Twin Creeks ♦ South Austin Homes

A view some of the homes in the Oak at Twin Creeks neighborhood.The development of this portion of the neighborhood began in 2012. KB is offering in this small section 12 different 1- and 2-story home models with base square footages of 2,004 to 3,417 sq. ft. These homes in the Enclave at Twin Creeks are designed to be energy efficient and include many standard and upgradeable features.

The neighborhood located on the southeast side of Mary Moore Searight Park, and just south-southwest of the Southpark Meadows shopping, eating and entertainment development.

Oak at Twin Creeks neighborhood play area.KB Home began selling homes in The Oak at Twin Creeks in 2006. These homes are mostly built-to-order, 1- and 2-story homes that have from 1,757 to over 4,200 sq. ft. of living space. In early 2013 the last two new homes in this community are on the market.

The neighborhood seems to have gotten its name from a large oak on its north side. In keeping with the "tree" theme of the neighborhood, most of the street names have "Oak" in them. Two streets have Elm and Pecan in their names.

The Oak at Twin Creeks has a nice walking/jogging trail on its south side, along with a park that features a playscape for children. The developer also preserved an old windmill in the park area.
