The development of this neighborhood for sales by MileStone Community Builders is continuing to progress in April 2016. When completed, this subdivision will have 78 single-family homes. MileStone is the only builder.
Homebuyers will be able to choose from nine (9) different floorplans. These plans will be one- and two-story models with from 1,415 to 2,803 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living space. Each of these plans will have a minimum of 3 bedrooms with the homes larger than 2,000 sq. ft. having either 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms. The plans offer 2, 2.5 and 3 baths, and attached 2-car garages. When this information was updated on 4/27/16, the base prices for the homes in the Hills of Bear Creek ranged from $263k up to $333k. Homebuyers can personalize their homes with upgrades beyond MileStone's many standard/included features.
