A view of homes in the Greyrock Ridge neighborhoodThe development of the Greyrock Ridge subdivision is progressing nicely in January 2016 (begun in August 2013). The neighborhood was started by well-known Austin and Circle C Ranch builder Streetman Homes. In the latter part of 2014, Standard Pacific Homes purchased Streetman Homes, and is now building in Greyrock Ridge. In 2015, Standard Pacific merged with Ryland Homes and is now building under the name CalAtlantic Homes.

When completed the development will have 385 or so single-family homes on a total acreage of around 178 acres. The subdivision will have around 56 acres of open space.

Also, the Shops at Arbor Trails on S. Mopac, Sunset Valley, and the popular Southpark Meadows center at I-35 and W. Slaughter Ln. offer great options for shopping and eating. Utilities for Greyrock Ridge will be provided by the City of Austin (water and wastewater) and by the Pedernales Electric Cooperative (electricity).

Homeowners in Greyrock Ridge are required to maintain an active membership in the Circle C Ranch Homeowners' Association.

Homeowners and their guests have full access to the many amenities of Circle C. These include two Olympic-sized swimming pools (including the one completed in 2012), playscapes and sports court and two additional park-playscapes in Vintage Place and Wildflower Park.
