 Forest Creek is a popular neighborhood for many homeowners because of its attractiveness and amenities. In addition to the golf club described below, it features a nice community center with pool, tennis courts, playscape and picnic facilities. The newest section of the subdivision (FC III) has its own community center with pool.
The homes in Forest Creek range in age from those built in the 80s to new construction homes currently (May 2011) being built by custom builders, D. R. Horton, Ryland and Gehan. Sales prices of homes in Forest Creek average around $280k. Home sizes also vary widely: 1,200 sq. ft. of living space to over 6,500 sq. ft.
Homeowners are required to maintain a mambership in one of the Forest Creek Homeowner Associations (HOA): Forest Creek HOA or Forest Creek III HOA.
 Forest Creek Golf Club
The Forest Creek Golf Club is a beautiful and public 18-hole golf course. With its trees, hilly terrain and hazards, the course is a challenge to golfers of all skill levels. From the "tips," the longest set of four tee boxes, the course plays 7,147 yards. In addition to the nice course, the club features a driving range, putting and short game practice areas, a grill, pro shop and more. Memberships are available.
