This pocket community of 65 site-condo, single family homes is a project of MileStone Community Builders. Other South Austin neighborhoods that have been or are being developed by MileStone include Stinson Oaks, Southbridge Villas, Searight Village and the Courtyards of Southpark Meadows.

MileStone is offering four models of 2-story homes (no one-level homes) in this community. These plans range in size from 1,667 to 2,253 sq. ft. and feature 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All of the homes have 2-car garages.
Homes in the Enclave came with many standard features, including granite countertops and undermount SS sinks, 36" cabinets, full-yard irrigation systems and guttering, Whirlpool appliances and fiberglass wood-look entry doors. Energy-efficiency features include radiant barrier reflective decking in the attic, ridge cap ventilation at attic peaks, 38" blown-in insulation in the ceilings, and 14-SEER HVAC systems.
All of the homes in the Enclave on Cooper Lane are detached single-family structures. They are legally described as condominiums, in the same way as many other Milestone projects (Southbridge Villas, Stinson Oaks, for example). Owners are responsible for any needed upkeep or repairs to the interior of their home and for insurance coverage on the contents of the home. No neighborhood amenities are planned for this community.

One of the prime drawing points of the homes in the Enclave on Cooper Lane is its South Austin location. Key east-west roads W. Slaughter Lane and William Cannon Dr. make it easy to connect to other IH-35 or to Mopac for trips to Downtown Austin, the Austin Bergstrom Intercontinental Airport, and areas like Buda-Kyle-San Marcos.
These and other arteries make the neighborhood well-positioned for getting to jobs, shopping, eateries, schools and many outdoor facilities. Nearby options for shopping and eating include Southpark Meadows (IH-35 South and W. Slaughter Ln.), Tanglewood Village (Manchaca Rd. and W. Slaughter), the Shops at Arbor Trails (Mopac and William Cannon), those in and near Sunset Valley and the Barton Creek Square Mall.
