Neighborhood Location: Just north and west of the Sendera Austin subdivision is a small subdivision called Deer Park at Maple Run. The latter part of the name comes from its proximity to the Maple Run subdivision to its north and east. Deer Park is located in Southwest Austin, just off Mopac at Davis Lane. The neighborhood is accessed via either Latta Drive or Copano Drive. Residents can get to Brodie Lane via Davis Lane, to William Cannon via Latta Dr., and to Mopac (Loop 1) via Davis Lane. The neighborhood is convenient to most Austin locations, including Downtown Austin.
