Two Model Homes in the Cypress Forest, Kyle, neighborhoodThe Cypress Forest neighborhood is being developed jointly by David Weekley Homes and Scott Felder Homes, both of which are well-known, quality home builders in the greater Austin, Texas area. The first Cypress Forest home sales recorded in the MLS occurred on 11/29/16. When completed, this treed neighborhood will have roughly 370 homes that are to be built in four phases. Homesites are available on 55', 65' and 80' lots.

David Weekley Homes offers a number of its Imagination Series plans designed for either 55'-wide or 65'-wide lots. Base prices for a 55'-wide lot home begin at $288k in October 2019. Home sizes stretch from 1,657 sq. ft. to 2,843 sq. ft. Homes on 65'-wide lots start at $340k and have living areas from 2,390 to 3,694 sq. ft.
