Location: The Creekview subdivision is being developed on the north side of E. Park St. between US-183A and W. Parmer Lane in Cedar Park. Take Vista Ridge Blvd. north from Brushy Creek Rd., or south from Whitestone Blvd. (FM-1431), then turn west on Park St. You will find Creekview on the right at Creek Vista Blvd.

The Creekview neighborhood is being developed by D.R. Horton Homes. The first home sales that were listed in the Austin MLS closed in May 2008. When Creekview is completed, it will have 250 homes.
Creekview Cedar Park ♦ Homes
 In May 2011, the homes offered by the builder came in 12 single-story and 2-story models that had base prices beginning at near $200k. They ranged in size from 1,613-2,662 sq. ft.
Creekview homes come with many standard features designed to make them very livable for families and energy efficient. These features are more than can be mentioned, but include 3 sides masonry, low-E windows, GE appliances, and blinds. Home buyers can also add upgrades to their dream homes.
Creekview ♦ Amenity Center, HOA, Taxes
 The amenity center at Creekview features a lovely community swimming pool, a tarp-covered pavilion and playscape for neighborhood children. Membership in the Creekview Homeowners Association, with fees of around $480/year in May 2011, is required. In 2010, taxes were assessed by the Leander ISD, the City of Cedar Park, Williamson County and other entities at a rate of $2.55/$100 of assessed property value. Tax rates change from year to year.
Recreation & Shopping ♦ Creekview Area
Lake Travis is very accessible from Creekview, as are the Avery Ranch Golf Club and the Crystal Falls Golf Club. Area parks include Brushy Creek Lake Park and three others along Brushy Creek Road. These parks offer many ways for individuals and families to enjoy and to explore the "great outdoors." For shopping in the Creekview area, there are options like Lakeline Mall, the 1890 Ranch retail center on Whitestone Blvd., and many others along US-183 as it heads south toward Austin.
