In February 2017, the builder offers fifteen (15) different 1- and 2-story floor plans. Sizes start at 1,401 sq. ft. (single story 3/2/2) and top out with a 2,812 sq. ft. plan (4/2.5/2 with study). 

Base prices go from $206k to $249k. When phases 1 and 2 are completed the neighborhood will have 87 homes. The builder is working to secure land for additonal homesites on the north side of the community.

Homes built along James Adkins Dr. (all back up to the Missouri Pacific Railroad) will have an optoinal 3-car garage, and will include windows that are designed to reduce noise and increased rear side insulation.

Creekside Village homes are offered for purchase with no upgrade options to the many standard features. These features include granite countertops, diagonal tile backsplash, 30" upper cabinets, black apppliance package, carpet and vinyl flooring, gutters, garage door prewire, double-pane vinyl windows and two trees.

Choices for those who live in Creekside Village include the Kyle MarketplaceThe Village at Kyle, Kyle Crossing and Kyle Town Centre (with big-box stores Lowe's, Home Depot, HEB Plus, WalMart, for example. Buda features other stores and a Cabela's outdoors store and plenty of small businesses.

These can all be found along IH-35 with many others in San Marcos (Premium Outlet and Tanger Outlet, e.g.) and in South Austin (Southpark Meadows, e.g.). It's a relatively short drive to Downtown Austin or San Antonio from Creekside Village.

Golfers can play at the nearby Plum Creek Golf Course, and at a number of other clubs in the Ready to build in Creekside Village KyleCentral Texas area. Plum Creek in an 18-hole layout with lots of challenges on its up-to-7,132 yards. The course features short-game practice areas, a putting green and a driving range.

Membership in the Creekside Village HOA is required. Monthly fees are used to keep up the neighborhood common areas.

The primary taxing entities for Creekside Village are the City of Kyle, Hays County and the Hays Consolidated ISD. Property taxes in 2016 run around $2.80 per $100 of property value.
