Neighborhood Features ♦ Colorado Crossing ♦ South Austin
History, Builder and Homes in the Colorado Crossing
The developer of Colorado Crossing is Lennar Homes. This community was begun in 2006. A new phase of construction was completed in 2013. The neighborhood has evolved in home style over these years, with newer homes giving evidence of the builder's new plans and features.
In January 2018, Lennar has plans to add a new section of single- and two-story homes to the Colorado Crossing community. Base prices in this new section have nor been determined yet. The two collections of homes offered, the Barrington and Ridgepoint, range in size from 1,391 to 2,697 sq. ft. Buyers should note that prices for new homes are increasing across the Austin area because of the limited inventory of new and resale homes, and increases in the price of new-home construction materials.
