A neighborhood view in Cold Springs Leander.As of September 2011, Pulte Homes is the only new-home builder in Cold Springs. Pulte offers 1- and 2-story homes of various sizes (1,693 to 2,807 sq. ft.) and in 8 different floor plans. In January 2013, the base prices for these new homes range from $188k to $267k. Actual prices depend on the home selected, added features and other factors such as elevation and lot choices.

Other homes in Cold Springs were built by Mercedes Homes, Buffington Homes and Centex Homes (merged with Pulte Homes in 2011). 

Cold Springs homes are designed to make living in this community a nice experience for home owners and their families. The many standard features are too many to mention, but include energy efficiency features, four sides masonry, gourmet kitchens and more.

Cold Springs is a single-family residential home development in the fast-growing area of Leander, Texas.

It also features a neighborhood park with covered picnic pavilion & tables, two playscapes, basketball court, rock climbing feature and hike & bike trails.

Residents in the Cold Springs neighborhood also have access to Lake Lakewood (also called Block House Lake). This 32.5-acre lake on the south side of the development is in a very pretty setting, and offers homeowners and their familes and guests opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors without having to travel far.

Cold Springs is located close to schools, shopping, area jobs, golf courses and other opportunities for outdoor recreation.
