Originally, sizes ranged from 1,591 sq. ft. and to 3,475 sq. ft. Homes built had 3-6 bedrooms and 2-4 baths. All of the homes come with 2-car attached garages.

KB built these homes with many standard features and upgrades (meaning they are included with no additional cost to the buyer). Should homebuyers wish to add or substitute other upgrades or features, there is likely to be an additional expense to the buyer.
