Secondary entrances are located on the south side of the neighborhood at Squirrel Hollow at the north edge of the Shady Hollow community. Residents can easily get to I-35 and Mopac (Loop 1) via W. Slaughter Lane.

Beautiful Model Home in Brodie SpringsTaylor Morrison Homes completed the development of Brodie Springs in the year 2012. They, along with builder Grand Haven Homes, built all of the homes in this neighborhood. As can be seen in the table above, the sale of homes there began in 2007. Home sizes in the community range from 2,606 sq. ft. to over 5,300 sq. ft.

This neighborhood features a mixture of upscale Texas stone and stucco, four-side masonry homes. The list of standard features included in these homes (too many to list) is definitely impressive! Fencing of homesites is optional, but no wood fences are allowed. The site plan for the Brodie Springs subdivision includes a total of 114 homes.

Brodie Springs ♦ Neighborhood Features and Area Amenities

Brodie Springs has large, mostly wooded lots and greenbelt areas that are set aside for the enjoyment of residents and the beautification of the subdivision. The last phase of the Neighborhood View in Brodie Springsdevelopment (now completed) included over 26 acres of nature preserve. It is a well-laid out and highly attractive community, marked by lots of trees and green areas.

Brodie Springs is close to a number of shopping, eating and entertainment places, including the Shady Hollow Village center at Brodie and W. Slaughter Lane, and the Southpark Meadows center at I-35 and W. Slaughter. It is near several parks along and near the W. Slaughter corridor, area golf courses like Grey Rock and Plum Creek, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center and  the Veloway, a track for rollerblading and bicycling enthusiasts.
