Blanco Vista Subdivision ♦ Builders, Homes, Location, Features
Blanco Vista Home Builders and Homes!
This rather large residential development of around 2,000 residential units was begun in 2007. The January 2017 builder line-up includes nine home builders: AVI Homes, Brohn Homes, Brookfield Residential, Buffington Homes, CastleRock Homes, Dream Finders Homes, Newleaf Homes, Pacesetter Homes and Perry Homes.
The Blanco Vista Community is currently divided into 8 different smaller communities (Northwoods, The Oaks, Heritage point, Heritage Trace, Eastridge, The Vistas, the Trails and Riverbend). These neighborhoods each have a place in the plan for the development of the overall community. Some homes are built on smaller lots that are 30-40 feet wide, some are offered on 50 and 60' lots, and others in the Northwoods section are on 60'-90' lots. There are spots in Blanco Vista for family units, for singles, for empty-nesters, etc.
These new homes vary quite a bit in size (1,016 to 3,523 sq. ft.), in their base prices (beginning in the low $160s and going upward to beyond $500,000) and in their features. Both 1- and 2-story homes are available, as are homes that have 2-5 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms and 2-3 garage spaces. There is opportunity in Blanco Vista for buyers of most financial ability to find the "home of their dreams!"
For homebuyers who do not wish to purchase a new home, the market in Blanco Vista does have homes for sale that are in the resale category.
