Bear Creek Crossing is a smallish development in the area west of Old San Antonio RD between South Austin and Buda. The 188 single-family homes in this community are being built by Austin-area builder M/I Homes, which also is building homes in Buda at White Oak Preserve. In early March 2019, the development is well under way, with its initial closings set for March 2019.

These include tankess water heaters, full sod and sprinkler system, choice of 7 different granite countertops in the kitchen and bath areas, 42" custom cabinets, SS appliances, energy-efficiency features and many more! A number of these homesites will back to green areas (no rear neighbors). Homebuyers will have other design options for enhancing and personalizing their homes.

A neighborhood amenity center is planned as the community develops. Homeowner Association (HOA) fees, required of all homeowners, are set at $67.50 per month.
