More Avery Ranch Neighborhood Features  Five community centers built on 17 acres of the neighborhood that feature pools, children’s play areas, tennis and basketball courts and more. The main (and large) amenity center covers 14 acres and is located on the side of Avery Ranch Blvd. just past Parmer Lane.
