Location: The Avalon community is being developed on the east side of Pflugerville, Texas. The main entrance to Avalon is about a mile east of the intersection of SH-45 and SH-130 on the north side of Kelly Lane. Avalon is a modern and attractive community that now includes both resale and new construction homes to fit the needs and pocketbooks of many families. You can buy single-story and two-story homes that range in size from as little as 1,600 sq. ft. of living space to more than 3,700 sq. ft. The cost?
