6 Creeks Kyle Builders and Homes
The 6 Creeks neighborhood is currently being developed by four builders: M/I Homes, Trendmaker Homes, Highland Homes, and Wilshire Homes. All are well-known, quality home builders in the greater Austin, Texas area. There are active several listings of homes available for purchase.
In October 2019, two of the builders, M/I Homes and Trendmaker Homes, are actively building and selling homes in the neighborhood.
Homesites in 6 Creeks are available on a variety of lot widths, starting at 50' wide.
In early 2020, M/I Homes offers homes in its Classic Series (60'-wide lots, 2,242-4,099 sq. ft., beginning at $305k), and in its Signature Series (50'-wide lots starting in the mid-$270s, 1,825-3,006 sq. ft.).
Trendmaker Homes' plans have base prices beginning in the $250s. They have two model homes for viewing. Plans range in size from 1,579 to 3,121 sq. ft.
Highland Homes has started two model homes in a new section of 6 Creeks in February 2020, and is early selling in February 2020.

There ahs been a broad development of retail outlets in the San Marcos/Kyle/Buda in the past several years. Stores like HEB grocery stores, WalMarts, building material stores Home Depot & Lowe's, Buda's outdoors sporting goods store (Cabela's), along with many others along IH-35, are open for your business. There are three key developments in Kyle: Kyle Crossing, The Village at Kyle, and the Kyle Marketplace. There are many healthcare facilities in Kyle, including the Ascension Seton Hays hospital. With these and many others in the San Marcos (Premium Outlets, Tanger Outlet) and South Austin area (Southpark Meadows, e.g.), the 6 Creeks neighborhood is well-located!
Plum Creek Golf Course
The Plum Creek Golf Course is the only golf course in the Kyle-Buda area. (There are others, of course, in SSW Austin and San Marcos.) Plum Creek's 18-hole course is a challenging layout. It has 4 sets of tee boxes and stretches from the "ladies" tees at 4,876 yards to the "back" tees at 7,132 yards.
The club recently remodeled its 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse. It features a pro shop, grill, locker rooms, pavilion, putting green, short game practice area and driving range.
